How refunds work for ForceLytics subscriptions.
Last updated 28 October 2026.
Payments for ForceLytics subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record. They handle the checkout. This policy explains how refunds work for ForceLytics purchases.
Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. It does not ask for a payment card and nothing is charged during it. It does not turn into a paid subscription by itself: you start a paid plan only when you choose one and complete checkout. There is also a free plan for up to 2 users, which is never charged.
Paddle is the merchant of record for every ForceLytics payment, so refunds are issued by them under their published refund policy and buyer terms. ForceLytics does not add a refund window of its own. Each request is decided case by case, and where the law gives you a statutory right of withdrawal, that right applies.
Email support@forcelytics.co with your account email and the reason for the request. We ask Paddle for the refund on your behalf. They approve or reject it and, if approved, return the money to your original payment method. There is no self-service refund button in the application.
If a full refund of your latest payment is approved, the subscription is cancelled and your company moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted. A partial refund does not change your plan.
If you believe you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge, contact us. We will investigate and ask Paddle to refund confirmed errors.
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We can usually resolve billing issues directly and faster than a dispute process. If a dispute is opened, our payment processor handles it under its own terms, and your company’s billing is locked temporarily while it is open. The lock is lifted if the dispute is resolved in our favor. No data is deleted.
